Project Scope:
Project includes engineering design and construction of three - 3 story townhomes. The building was constructed from ICF structure on pre-cast concrete pilings. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Project Name:
Montessori Library/Media Center
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
Project included engineering design and construction of a 1 story building, upgrading the site's stormwater management plan, landscaping, parking, and site access. The building was constructed from a pre-engineered metal building on slab on grade. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

RETAIL/OFFICES

Project Name:
Lee's Glass & Window Works Building
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
Project included an engineering design of a 1 story retail building. The building was designed as a manufacturing area for assembling windows as well as a retail area for displaying inventory and meeting with customers.. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Project Name:
"Bruster's" Ice Cream Store
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
Project included an engineering design of a 1 story new retail building in order to meet Wal-Mart, City, and Dept. of Health requirements simultaneously. Building was constructed from metal steel framing, and stucco. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

PROJECT INSPECTIONS/SURVEYS

Project Name:
Delamination Survey
Gulfwinds Condominium
Pensacola Beach, FL

Project Scope:
An engineering delamination survey was requested for the Gulfwinds Condominium to assess the damages to the concrete balconies of the building and the rust stains found in the ceiling of the parking garage (columns and beams). It was the goal of this survey to locate all of the visible and non-visible spalls, to document the affected areas, and to manage the repair process.
