___Ray J’s Handicap Houses, Inc. is devoted to enabling ALL physically handicapped Americans, confined to wheelchairs the ability to live as independently as the non-handicapped. We have completed extensive research and concluded that people contemplating retirement or already retired, many of which are in great need of handicapped housing, Barrier Free accessibility, and other provisions that promote independent living are making Florida their retirement home.

___Although there are many designs and features available, Ray J’s Handicap Houses are the ONLY company whose designs have met or exceeded the Barrier Free guidelines, constructed in accordance with the Veterans Administrations as well as the H.U.D. commissioned design compliance by North Carolina University and certified upon completion. This included handicapped living areas for people with physical disabilities as well as wheelchair bound persons who require “Barrier Free” accessibility. We have recently designed and approved Commercial Community Plan, specially designed for submission to the Veterans Administration. This plan consists of individual private room and baths in groups of six with a common area for cooking, laundry facilities, and large “great room’ type areas for dining, relaxing, socializing, enjoying television, and other daily activities, ALL of which are 100% BARRIER FREE.
