LandMark Engineering and Land Planning, Inc. has provided many professional engineering inspections for many different purposes. Mark W. Spitznagel, P.E. has been providing expert witness services since 2005. It will be provided based on the following:
1. The conviction that the case represents a valid technical matter within the area of our expertise. A case considered frivolous will be rejected
2. Testimony will be accurate regarding technical facts without regard of consequences to either party.

Project Name:
Delamination Survey
Gulfwinds Condominium

Pensacola Beach, FL

Project Scope:

An engineering delamination survey was requested for the Gulfwinds Condominium to assess the damages to the concrete balconies of the building and the rust stains found in the ceiling of the parking garage (columns and beams). It was the goal of this survey to locate all of the visible and non-visible spalls, to document the affected areas, and to manage the repair process.

Civil/Structural Inspections

Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:

An engineering structural inspections survey was requested for the property listed above to assess the damages to the wood fence, gazebo, roadways, asphalt path, signage, playground equipment, and basketball court. It was the goal of this survey to locate and to document the all the affected areas and to determine the replacement costs, necessary replacement schedule, and the prioritization of maintenance work.

Attucks Area Court Housing Complex
Civil/Structural Inspections

Escambia County - Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:

An engineering structural inspections survey was requested for the property listed above regarding soil erosion. The complex consist of thirty various sized buildings over approximately 15 acres of land. Because of the slope of the property, the stormwater run-off moves at accelerated rates, picking up a variety of sediments and depositing them on sidewalks and other depositing basins which have formed over time. It was the goal of this survey to determine the most efficient and economical means of remediation.

Project Scope:

An engineering structural and safety inspections survey was requested for the schools listed below.
