Montessori School
Library/Multimedia Building
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
Project included engineering design and construction of a 1 story building, upgrading the site's stormwater management plan, landscaping, parking, and site access. The building was constructed from a pre-engineered metal building on slab on grade. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Project Name:
Church of Christ at Milestone
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
Architectural services were provided by Artisan’s Architecture as part of a Design-Build team for the construction of this new church building, consisting of a sanctuary with baptismal and dressing rooms, a large lobby space, nursery, multi-purpose fellowship hall, kitchen, eight classrooms, a full library, and an administrative suite with four offices. LandMark Engineering and Land Planning provided for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for this facility.

Project Name:
Talbot Chapel Renovation
Pensacola, FL

Project Scope:
The Project included an engineering renovation design of an existing 100 yr old building. Due to the age of the building, the masonry walls had to be repaired and strengthened in order to accommodate new trusses that were to be installed. In addition to rearranging the previous floor plan, the church wished to construct a balcony inside for extra seating, requiring the church foundation to be modified to support the additional load. The project included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Liberty Church North Campus Renovation

Project included the demolition and renovation of selected existing interior and exterior structures for Liberty Church - North Campus.  The renovation included several new Sunday school rooms and offices. The project included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
