Project Scope:
Project included an engineering design of a 1 story retail building,demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new beauty supply store. The building would be steel, stucco, and brick with a retail showroom, storage areas, and kitchen / break room. The project also included a site plan with an engineered storm water management plan, structural and M/E/P engineering.

Artistic Nails - Cordova Mall

Project Scope:
Project included design and layout of a 1 story retail store at Cordova Mall, demolition of an existing store and construction of a new nail salon store. The store was designed to have 10 manicure stations, 10 pedicure stations. In addition, a waxing room, a massaging room, and a break room were also included. LandMark Engineering was responsible for the structural, M/E/P engineering and construction management.
